Salomon Golden Leaf Half Marathon
September 23, 2017
Dear 2016 Golden Leaf Registrants,
We appreciate your understanding of last year’s cancellation and would like to offer you priority registration for the 2017 race. This registration will be available from 11am Mountain Time March 1 through 11am March 22. This is called VIP registration through active.com. A link for registration will be sent to you on March 1 and will come from an email address of utemountaineer<noreply@....active.com>.
There will be one spot available for each participant so you can register at any point during this period – you will not be competing for a spot. A discounted rate of $65 will be available to the 2016 registered racers. The regular registration fee for the 2017 Golden Leaf race will be $80.
This VIP invitation is specific to the name and email used for registration last year. You will not be able to register under a different name and email from what is on this email correspondence. You cannot register someone who was not a registered racer, on race day, last year.
If you have had a last name change or an email change, please communicate the changes to firstname.lastname@example.org by February 26th.
If you registered with the same email as another participant last year, you must provide a unique email address to email@example.com by February 26th. Since the name and emails are unique to the VIP invitation, only one invitation will be issued per email.
The VIP Invitation is NOT mobile friendly, so you cannot register using a mobile device.
Normal registration for the spots remaining and the ability to transfer will be begin on noon April 20, 2017. The Transfer fee is $15.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept deferrals to 2018 – we are sorry if you can’t make it.
